Firewood Factory offers shipping for small packaged products, such as bags and boxes, through a parcel carrier. For larger orders, including face cords, full cords, boiler wood, and commercial quantities, customers should use the Request a Freight Quote form on the Wholesale page to arrange delivery. Regional delivery for bulk orders is possible within approximately 300 miles of Memphis, TN, arranged through the freight quote form. Green firewood is available for local and in-state delivery only, while kiln-dried and heat-treated wood is intended for interstate shipping. Check each product page for shipping eligibility. Exact parcel rates and transit times are confirmed at checkout or upon request.
